Terrible! Called and talked to Louie and this guy was so beyond rude it was unreal. He has absolutely no customer service skills. I am truly appalled.. I'm gonna drive the extra 45 min to Tulsa just to avoid him and his terrible attitude. Johnstone you guys really need to look into this guy. I'm sure he's pushing more customers away than just me. Go to the tulsa store.. Ask for Doug.. He's awesome and very helpful.
