I recently bought and new washer from here trade my old one which worked it was a front loader and I wanted a top loader they delivered it to my house the next day then I called then i called the day after and said my washer wobbles really bad he said we are gonna come trade you out is that ok I said yes he said send me the address and picture so I'll know what washer and I did then the guy called said I'm sending my son over to fix it I said oh I thought u was trading it out he said I'm sending my son to look at it and when he got here the son argued with me and said his dad didn't say that I just said ok and so he replaced a part at no charge which was cool but he was very rude and said the next 24 hours is on me and left even though it still wobble mind you I have proof of a 60 day warranty signed I've seen older washer with replaced parts that do not wobble
