Very nice men (especially Howard himself), honest, willing to admit and correct their mistakes. However, they really need to get better with calling the customer to update (like they say they will) rather than wait until the customer calls the next day wondering what's going on. This has happened more than a couple of times. Also, just disappointed to spend $1,500 for various parts and labor, only to keep having the same problem. Took it back in because of a leak that's been happening since they serviced the transmission, and discovered they made a mistake and caused a major trans fluid leak. At least they admitted it was their fault and fixed it for no extra cost (as well they should) but no telling what additional damage has been done to the transmission because of the leak. Then, they charged me $50 for an oil change. I will not return here.
