Honest-1 lives up to its name! Brought my Volvo in for suspected transmission problems and it appears to be another problem - the ECU (electronic control unit) is faulty. The technician provided an honest assessment of the needed repair and suggested another repair service that may be better equipped to address the problem. Although I know it took them several hours to assess the problem, I was charged less than $20. They have earned my trust and I will take my other vehicles to Honest-1 in the future!
