Where do I begin? Wow! I cannot give enough praise to the staff at this hotel. We have stayed in many 4 star hotels in many cities across the world but this one stood out. Not only are the main areas beautiful but the rooms are also spacious and nicely equipped. You won’t need to make the walk across the street to the Starbucks because coffee served in the lobby is excellent. Candy anticipates every need before you could even voice it. She refilled cups and cleaned the tables as if you were at the Ritz. Denisa at the front desk always a smile on her face and she changed the room for a comfort height toilet without questions asked. They have a breakfast cook who makes custom Omelettes, poached eggs, and whatever he can make with what’s available. Very nice options at the breakfast bar. Truly impressed. Ken the manager was so helpful in keeping the breakfast open just a little longer past the normal hours so that our family could join us from Sulphur after an unexpected freeze. Special mention is the outdoor fireplace by the pool area. They offer several comfortable outdoor lounge areas. We will stay there every time we visit the area. Truly 5 star service! Kudos to a great staff!!! Well done!
