It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person on the phone when you call this office. The introduction message is way too long, the extension options are complicated and once you do you get transferred to the extension you need 9 times out of 10 no one answers the phone and the voicemails you leave are not returned. Its very frustrating. Please fix it.
