Hibdon Tires Plus

Do not go to this Hibdon's. We have maintained 4 vehicles with them for almost 15 years, and they used to have a conscientious staff that cared about our time, our safety, and our experience. Now, they take all day to do simple oil changes and tire rotations, even when you have an appointment. The staff does not respect women and they are very obvious in disregarding any mechanical concerns that we ask them to look at or resolve. They do not take the 21 point inspection seriously any more, and just check off the boxes, so you are paying for nothing. They do not always put all of the oil in your car that they charge you for, so you should check it before you leave, or when you get home. For safety concerns and their lack of customer service, we will go elsewhere from now on.

I am very pleased my wife wanted to stop at Hibdon Tire. Customer service is a thing of the past almost every where you go these days. At Hibdon Tire customer Service is top notch. A big Thanks out toTim Russo Service Manager
