HORRIBLE!! If I could, I absolutely would give it a 0 or less. The room was so hot, it was truly MISERABLE!! After an hour of waiting for it to cool down, which we suffered through by sitting on top of the bed and smoked a cigarette, smoking room of course, we went to the front desk and asked for our money back. You have to realize, it's still 85 degrees outside, so it was still sweltering hot inside the room, sweat rolling down the face, that hot. The front desk clerk refused, YES REFUSED, to give us our money back. She refused because she said we had "used" the room. One corner of the bed, I pulled the comforter back and moved the pillow to lay ON TOP of the bed. And yes I had smoked a cigarette in the smoking room we paid for. She was absolutely hateful! Did NOT offer a different room even after she went and looked at the room herself and you could tell it was NOT messed up in any way, shape or form!! So like I said I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 OR LESS. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! And for those who work outside ALL day, in this Oklahoma heat, and want to rest in a nice cool motel room, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. And as I write this review, I AM sitting in my car with the AC on high, blowing COLD air in my face. So so hopefully I can let people know about my HORRIBLE experience and save them from the same experience. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME, NOT EVEN WORTH IT.
