Harvard Family Physicians, PC: Kathleen A. Boyls, MD

Dr. Boyls is a knowledgeable doctor. However, her practice is poorly run. She has been on average 45 minutes to an hour late for every one of our appointments we've had with her. When she finally shows up, she rushes the visit and leaves questions unanswered. It's left a strong feeling that she doesn't care about her patients, she only cares how many patients she can see a day. She also seems to have a dislike for men. Never once has she talked to me during a doctors visit, she will only talk to my wife and appears annoyed that I'm in the room. Between her poor punctuality and lack of customer service, my wife and I will be getting a new doctor.
