Have called multiple times over the course of a month to have them come fix a fence on one of their properties that is almost completely blown over into our neighboring yard. The receptionist was unprofessional and quite rude on the phone, basically blew me off, cutting me off while I was mid-sentence saying “mmhmm, there’s already a work order.” How does it take over a month, when a house has been vacant and just recently moved into, to have someone come fix a fence? A fence PANEL that could literally blow over any second and fall on my toddler or one of our dogs. I feel sorry for tenants who rent with them because I can only imagine what a pain it must be if anything is broken or needs repair in their rental. As a homeowner, it’s a hassle to deal with “neighbors” who can’t take care of their property. Next step is filing a claim with the city because this is ridiculous.
