when our dad died, they took my him away in a small compact car with another dead body. they screwed up our obituary announcement and finally, they over charge on all their services. additionally, the morning my dad died, they sent representatives to pick him up and they had zero compassion, sympathy or professionalism. very pathetic for a time in one's life that is most tragic.
