We went in for 1 specific item. Bill Roffers gave us a very knowledgeable, low-pressure, genuine experience so much so, that we actually ended up leaving the store with this & 2 additional ($$$) items!! When we had shopped in other stores, we had to look around for any employee to help. At Hahn, Bill walked by & asked if he can help anyone. Bill gave us a comforting, personal experience that is hard to come by anymore!
