The Greens at Lake Overholser

Has it's pros and cons just like everywhere. I think for it being by/in the city, it's a beautiful location that has lots of potential. Maintenance gets it done promptly if there is an issue. Did not have a clean apartment upon move in though, even though they charge a cleaning fee from your deposit upon moving out. No effort was made (by management) to accommodate the inconvenience other then fixing some of the more major issues. Fairly quiet, and apparently very pet friendly. Owners do not pick up after their pets.
