Wonderful place to live at the staff is very friendly. Communication to the residents to me are excellent. Work orders are always done in a timely manner. Nice specious apartments.

I had the worst customer service ever! It deserves no stars but I had to leave one in order to review .I made a 3 month advance rent payment . The first month was fine I had no problems . This month came around and they charged me a late fee for the rent, took the freedom of taking out another "late fee" for bills and when I asked about it the lady was being very rude towards me and warned me that I was going to get kicked out . She refused to give me a reason for taking out the second late fee. From what my contract States I am in charge of paying bills. I have rent payed out for 3 months and they took out a lot of money for other "bills" to my understanding it's only for rent. The person to whom I was speaking to kept raising her voice ,long story short she didnt answer my questions or at least tried to. I will let everyone I know about my horrible experience . Will post about it on social media.
