Gentle Dental Moore

Gentle Dental is truly gentle. They are professional but friendly too. They have a nice discount plan for customers without insurance. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Some of the staff are very informative and friendly. But I have had several problems with other staff not telling me anything about what was going on. Their insurance staff was amazing. The problem seems to be some staff not realizing they might need to explain their procedures. They are so used to how things work, they don't even think to ask if the customers know what they are paying for. The first time I went here, they scheduled my bi-yearly cleaning as some sort of extensive treatment and the insurance wouldn't cover it. I had to pay the entire balance.
