El Somborsito

My favorite Mexican food truck I've ever been to, and I'm from El Paso, Tx. This truck does it right, I've never had a torta this good. Their green and red sauces are AMAZING (I buy them separately sometimes to take home). Very thick and creamy, and the red sauce is burning hot. DO NOT touch your face if you got red sauce on your fingers. The staff is always super friendly and smiling, and it's nice to sit at the tables outside under the trees and enjoy a great meal. Definitely check it out!
