Dr. Krous is excellent - down to earth, gives practical advice, and is very good with kids. The nursing staff are awesome - we've had great vaccine experiences, are seen promptly, and always receive calls back that day. They know their stuff and have saved us some trips in just with a phone call. We've also had good experience with the nurse practitioner Stacey Trippiano. Whenever my kids have been sick they've worked them in to be seen the day I call!
I will say that there is one woman in the front office who is continually rude, but if you can overlook her than the rest are great.
