Edible Arrangements

My boyfriend ordered me an arrangment for Valentine’s Day the Friday before Valentine’s. It didn’t show up on valentines. It’s the day after valentines and it still hasn’t come. With a call to this business we found out they didn’t even print out the order to make the arrangement...they didn’t call to tell him we can’t get to your order or even cancel it. We’re they just going to take his money and not do anything? Thank you edible arrangements.
