Rented a tux here for a bridal party and it seemed quite dysfunctional. Picked up my suit the day before the wedding. Pants were too long but they fixed on spot. When I was leaving, another employee packaged up my stuff. I didn't feel confident everything was there, so I checked when I got to my car to find the shoes and vest missing. Went inside and employees seemed annoyed. Not my fault...
Other groomsmen in my wedding party also claimed to have the wrong sizes. The good thing is that they hemmed on the spot. It also seemed that everyone trying on while I was there had the wrong sizes. So make sure you have the right size.
Also had a friend who returned his tux and they claimed he didn't. Apparently they updated it in their computer but not paper log.
tl;dr If renting, check the sizes and get a receipt when returning.
