Ran out of my bp medicine. Pharmacy faxed request. The dr office would not even check to see if they had gotten the fax. They said I would just have to wait or have the pharmacy re-send the fax. They said they get "thousands" of faxes they can't check. Sounds like they don't really care about their patients. More like a number than a person. Will be finding a new doctor.
