Turns out this so called good Dr. Ha!! has been cited by the Okla State Medical Board in July 2014 for #1 Aiding and Abetting, #2 Allowing a individual to practice in his office as a professional with out a medical license, I can only assume that he has been stripped of his DEA # and can no longer manage the pain of his patients that are assigned to him by a court order from the Workers Compensation Courts...He has abruptly taken all of his patients off of much needed Pain medications. The Courts and the public need to be aware of this and I will make sure this goes public..OH you broke your back, or neck, lost a limb and you are suffering, well here is you some Tylenol with codeine..This is very sad for those found disabled because of an injury..Not to mention the fact that he went against the medication guide lines that you should not stop a patients pain medication cold turkey as it could cause terrible problems for the patient and their health..Shame on you Dr. Quack......
