They look right into your eyes and lie to your face, which in turn makes you look like a moron. It wasn't just one of them, it was ALL of them. Every person I talked to lied to me. I just didn't realize it until after I had purchased the vehicle. At the end of the day, they promise one thing and tell you something else. When you try and get their promise in writing, they laugh and shrug you off like you're joking with them. If this is how they intend to conduct business, I'll be happy to take my money elsewhere.
