Terrible service, set there being next on the list for thirty minutes watching a manager and a service rep, talk and not do nothing the whole time I wait, and then the rep had a bad attitude for having to serve me. If I could get better internet somewhere else I would never do business with cox, can't get them to come out and fix my cable line that's hanging four feet off the ground in my back yard, I was in the store for a modem that was bad ,modem was not even a year old, and then they tell me the new modem has no warranty, great service !
