The Courtyards

I would never recommend this apartment or any other Case and Associates apartment. We moved in to a dirty carpet. There was a blood stain in the master and a patch of carpet missing in the living room. They said they can’t replace the carpet but they sent cleaners to remove the blood stain. We have now moved out and they are charging us hundreds of dollars because they claim we damaged the carpet. We have a trained service dog and they are claiming that he peed on the carpet. We have explained many times that he’s kenneled if we don’t take him out with us and that he is again a potty trained service dog. They can’t prove that there wasn’t any damages before we moved in, yet they are going to claim it was our service animal. I reminded them that the carpet was nasty before we moved in and they claim to never move tenants into dirty apartments. In the last two years, they’ve had 3 apartment managers and many leasing agents come in and out. No one is organized or knows what the previous managers do. Do not move here. The office staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They don’t care about there tenants. All they want is money. If you have a pet, be prepared to pay charges even if it wasn’t you. They discriminate and make claims that are hateful and unfair. I would give them zero stars if I could.
