The pluses first... the store smelled good and the gentleman helping me was a super duper salesperson. However, I was not there to buy anything. I'm sure this location is great if you are in the market to add a line, buy a phone, or upgrade your account, but save yourself some frustration and do not go here if you need to remove a line from an existing ATT account. You'll have to go to the 24th St location, which is a corporate store.
