Checked in this afternoon. Ms. Lane the admitting lady was very kind and very sweet. She informed us that the wait will be awhile and did apologize in advance. She was doing a million things at once and never snapped an attitude. She remained her smile. When she was getting calls from the back of E.R., snapping at her. She called her surpervisor and explain the situation in such a professional manner. She kept her smile and apologized once again for the awaiting wait. Good job girl. Keep it up.

Outpatient and the clinics are great, but if you happen to have to go to the ER and you’re NOT in a complete life threatening condition don’t even waste your time... Half of the employees are very lackadaisical and rude. Bottom line, go to Southwest medical if you have to. Period.
