Chicago Title Oklahoma

Absolutely incompetent group of people. However they are very slick. We had one of our properties close with them. It had a delay they did not call for an adjusted payoff so after closing we got a call from the lender saying we were short on the payoff. Then we of coarse got a email from Chicago title company informing us of their incompetence and mistake and asking us to pay for it. When we refused to pay for their mistakes they informed us they had us sign a paper saying if they messed up we would be responsible. HORRIBLE. We have never had these issues with other title companies in the area. We also instructed them to pay the roofer out of the closing proceeds and have a check ready for him. We submitted all needed paperwork. DID THEY DO THAT?? NO NOT AT ALL! Worst company ever to work with and Completely do not trust them!
