Have had 2 appointments set and have been no shows- with NO Courtesy call to reschedule. Now they will not answer my calls. No, I have not been rude so there is no reason. I know it is warranty work but still.... not a happy camper. Am trying to sell home and getting stove fixed is only hold up.
