Broken Arrow Nursing Home

i know people that work here and i know a resident. This place has many internal issues that are serious. They have had a management change the past month and need tio find a good replacement. they have been having issues with state and had a long time employee get in trouble for violations. there is conflict at times with employees and higher ups which are family. they need to review thye cameras to see whats really going on. i have been told first hand that at times they have falseified records of incidents and that they have cut corners to make things work like with medicines . I personally think random drug test for nurses and management is the best thing his place could do. they also have people working 12 plus hours a day and then having to work addtional hours on computers at home . this is the resulkt of as overloaded work expectation . hese types of things put our friends and loved ones that are their clients and responsibility in danger of suffering and being the victim of mistakes and unethicsal poratices if you have any questions please email me codyreneewalls@gmail.com
