The location is convenient to AAFB and most of north Altus thanks to Veterans Bypass. Also for the area the rent price for a 2br is near the lower end. However, that lower end rent comes with some baggage. They use old (1999-2002) wall unit air conditioners, which just barely keep the bedrooms cool(74-78 summer) but keep the living room near 70-72. The A/C systems also seem to break often. I have also had problems with windows leaking, which are just fixed with some kind of rubber sealant spray. Other than that I have had no problems here, Jim is a fairly descent man who gets things done when you ask him properly, act like a fool and you're outta luck. So overall, a descent transition place to live for military PCSing into the area, and for new families getting on their feet. A great middle of the road place to live. Oh, and buy some tower fans for the summer! Would definitely change score to a 2/3 or 3/3 if they would just replace all the flooring and windows, add a ceiling fan to the living room, and buy NEW(2012 model) A/C units. Heck, with all those upgrades I wouldn't mind paying an extra $25-50/month from where I am now.

Called to ask for apartments, but the lady that answered the phone was very rude. She seem to be hating her job. I will never ever try to rent in this place.
