I loved in Norman for three years and tried the Ford dealership several times. They were always rude and seemed like they didn't want to work on my truck. Bob Moore's service department is A+. They are respectful, polite, quick, and when we have interesting issues they take time to explore and call to explain what they have found and your options moving forward. It is worth the drive into Moore to go by pass a snooty service department.
