Billy Sims Barbecue

Horrible horrible. I placed an order throgh door dash. It would not let you order dinners, only items individually. I order brisket and a 1/2 rack of ribs, plus 3 side orders. Warning: the ribs are not full St. Louis cut ribs, they are pitiful baby back ribs that had more burned crust than any chewable meat. The brisket was so grey and dried out that you couldn't tell if it had ever been marbled with fat. I spent over $30 for this order and they didn't even include silverware or napkins, which in hind sight was probably a blessing. I wish I could give it less than 1 star. Hopefully I can upload a picture so you can see what I am talking about.
