Bath & Body Works

I went to bath and body works last weekend (Oct 21,2016). It was very crowded around 2 pm and the sales ladies were not helpful at this particular store. they had some deals going on that day and instead of helping us they were talking with each other and keeping stuff at the right place!!! at the time of check out when the cashier asked me "who helped you today?" I was disappointed to tell her that no one. The reason I'm giving this store one star is because of the sales ladies there. They were not helpful at all. There was no sign of smile on their faces! And were not friendly at all. One could tell by their body language that they were not willing to help us! Is this how you're supposed to act on one crowdy and sale day?!? Do they have so much time to gossip around when the store is really crowded and the customers need your help. If I need to come to bath and body works, I'm not coming to this store again!!!
