Your shelter, by means of worker Amanda Dimwiddie and shelter co-director, Tena Layton, has become guilty of an apparently DELIBERATE attempt to obfuscate and lie to the public regarding the seven dogs which were involved in the death of Tracy Garcia in Ardmore, Oklahoma. These dogs were in no way, shape or form DACHSHUNDS and your shelter knows this. The vet who euthanized six of the dogs, seventh dog (pit bull) having been shot for extreme aggression toward police, has already ID'd the dogs as a male pit bulls, four pit mixes and w mixed mutts. SHAME ON YOU. If this is the best your shelter can do, someone else should take over providing for the care of dogs and the safety of people and animals in Ardmore, Oklahoma. DISGUSTING.
