The contractors were informative, specific and did exactly what they said they would. Since Andy On Call uses a network of trusted contractors, the way they(contractors) answer the phone or the vehicles they(contractors) show up in, are not always clear. The latter was the only drawback that I saw to Andy on Call. We'll use them again in the future.
