I went to pick up my tux for my daughter's wedding and what a disappointment. The quality of the tux was very poor. I felt like I was the 10,000 person that would wear the tux. All the tux in the store look new. The pictures on the wall all look great but the one they were giving me was awful. They offered to replace the jacket but I did not have much time and given that they had attempted to passed off the first tux, I was not interested. I have a much better black suit in the closet. Of course they would not give me all my money back. $60.00 for the bad experience. Looks to me like their policy is to rent a suit forever, no plan to maintain quality. BUYER BE WARE Al's is just not what it use to be.
I went in to Al’s Formal Wear to find a tux for my friends wedding. The manager was so kind and had great customer service. I’m a bit chubby, and he was more than happy to make alterations to the tux I picked out. I noticed that a few reviews said that they’re anti-LGBTQ, but from my experience, when I told them that the wedding was for a homosexual couple, they were still just as excited and nice! I would absolutely recommend Al’s for any special occasion. I couldn’t believe how nice and supportive everyone was. Thanks for being so wonderful!
