Talked with Matt on a Friday about an issue I was having with a discount being removed from my policy and he helped me get it straightened out immediately on the phone. Called me back on the next Monday to tell me my discount had been applied and what my payment would be. I look forward to meeting Matt in person, and I feel like if I ever need anything in the future I can depend on him.
