Told him it was a 2 year contract and here we check online to get a number to call for an issue only to find out it’s actually a 5 year contract. Can’t even get a hold of someone to speak to. Every time we call the 888 number, we’re waiting for the next available representative and then the line just cuts off. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Will possibly be getting legal advice and mailing several letters of cancellation to prevent them from automatically renewing the contact. Wouldn’t have this issue if they were just honest with my father to begin with.
