I have been having the worst experience ever. Over three weeks ago the office said that they needed to schedule a MRI. I called a few times only to be told by the front desk, that sometimes it is delayed due to insurance.... I finally get Becky, the one that schedules the MRI's, after almost two weeks of calls. She says, oh I see that order, let me get it scheduled. Really, two weeks later? She calls me back with a date. Day before my appointment she calls and says that my insurance has denied the order and I should call them. I call insurance and they do not have an order for a MRI. I call the doctors office again and Becky states that they order the MRI's online with a system called "aim" and I should call there. They too say they have nothing on record. "I" start the order for the MRI. I then talk to the insurance office who state that they have two full business days to accept or reject. I finally get a call on Tuesday and we ARE doing the MRI. The doctors office state that the MRI office will call me to schedule and if I don't hear from them within 24hours, I should call the MRI place.
Well, you know the answer to this. I don't hear from them so I call. I am told that they are waiting on approval from insurance from my doctors office. Are you kidding me? We are three weeks in...
Finally go for my MRI last Friday. I give them almost a full week as today is Wednesday. I call the doctor and they do not have my MRI. Now mind you, in two days it will be 4 weeks since I was told I needed an MRI. My pain grows every day and every move on this has ONLY happened because I have called them.
The worst experience ever!
