They were able to fit me in for an inspection the day I called them. When the guy got there he was very professional and walked me through everything before giving me a quote to conclude the inspection. The instructions they provided were very clear and the only question I ended up having, during the prep, they answered for me over the phone promptly. I had what they called a “level 3 infestation”, so they warned it may take additional lighter treatments. However, when they inspected 2 weeks later this wasn’t the cas and they were able to clear me. I was told they would stay with me as long as needed and to call if I saw any bugs. I haven’t had an issue since the treatment over a year ago! Highly recommended!
