So just know that if you call for an update on your vehicle you may not get it, because although they say they close at 5 you surely may not get an answer after 4. Lunchtime may just be around 12 seeing as they don't answer around that time either. KC or ( Casey) seems to b in charge since he always answers the phone. Polite at first, ask him one too many questions you'll see his attitude change. If he kept you in the loop about what's going on with your car then maybe you wouldn't have to call, and if they answered during business hours it could all be avoided. Since I had very little communication with them you can believe parts were put on my car without permission. Things where done without my knowledge, and the price was driven all the way up. They are supposed mechanics with high powered machines, yet the troubleshooting that was done lead to numerous trials and failed attempts at fixing my car. I would never go there again. Would never invole anyone I know with this shaddy place.
